Cancellation Policy
We understand that emergencies come up and you may need to cancel. Noor Luxe Esthetics has a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please outreach as soon as possible, let's try to reschedule!
Noor Luxe STAR Booking
This is available to clients who have booked 6+ appointments. Priority booking calendar opens on the 16th of every month and closes on the 23rd of every month. Did you miss the cut off? Don't worry the original calendar will re-open for first time clients availability on the 23rd.
STAR Clients will have open access to book last minute appointments and will receive first notification of cancellations.
Courtesy Rules
Only the client being serviced for the appointment will be allowed. No extra guests, children, or animals to ensure seating is available and cleanliness.
No laminations, chemical peels, retinol, tretinoin, or AHA products on the service area for at least 2 weeks prior to service.
For Henna enhancements patch tests are highly recommended for first time clients.
Patch Test: Will test the henna or lamination products on a small patch of your skin. You must monitor the area for 24 - 48 hrs to ensure you do not have a reaction to the ingredients in the henna. This service is complimentary and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, but not mandatory. If you are opting to continue being serviced without a patch test you MUST sign a consent form to be serviced.
Appointment Prep
Facials: Come as you are to your facial appointment and I'll handle everything! For New Client Facials this will require an in-person consultation.
Brow & Lash Enhancements: Stop the use of facial exfoliation and retinol or any derivative of Vitamin A products 2 weeks prior to your appointment. For Lash Lifts: Please have the eye area free of make up.
Deposits$25 Required
All appointments require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.
Same Day Cancellation
Same day cancellation requires a new appointment to be made with a new deposit. Please refer to your confirmation email to make any changes to your appointment.
STAR/Last Minute Appointments
Within 24 hours/Same Day: If my STARs need an appointment outside of business hours contact me via text for a squeeze in appointment. Non-STAR Last minute appointments are available for a $20 charge. Holiday upcharge is: $45.
Lateness
Arriving 10 minutes after your appointment time will result in a $10 late fee that will be added to the remaining balance. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. After the first cancelled appointments, you will be required to pay 50% of your service as a deposit if you schedule again.
No Call, No Show
No call No Show appointments will be blocked from future appointments.
